Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 15.06.2022 registered as Case Crime No. 5 of 2022 under Sections 420, 468, 471, 120 (B) of I.P.C., 13(1)(a) and 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, Police Station Prayagraj Sector (Vigilance Establishment), District U. P. Vigilance Establishment, Prayagraj. 3. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to quash the impugned first information report on the ground of locus, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4.
