This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "I) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to conclude the investigation through concern police officer, in pursuance of the impugned first information report dated 11.09.2021, registered as Case Crime No.0854 of 2021, under sections 376, 120-B, 504, 506, IPC, Police Station Chakeri, District Kanpur Nagar, within a stipulated period." 3. It is stated that fair investigation is not being conducted on account of influence exercised by the accused persons. 4.
