This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 13.05.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0163 of 2025 under Sections 309 (6), 352, 351 (2) BNS, P.S. Ghatampur, South Commissionerate, Kanpur Nagar. 3. Learned A.G.A., on the instructions, states that after investigation, the Investigating Officer has forwarded the final report dated 16.05.2025 to the competent court and as such, the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives. 4. Since the investigation has already been concluded in favour of the petitioners, no further grievance survives. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is consigned to record. (Anil Kumar-X,J.)
