B) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.3, to conclude the investigation in Case Crime No.38 of 2025, under sections 115(2), 191(2), 351(2), 352 of B.N.S. and section 3(1)r, 3(1)s, 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Gaur, District Basti, within a stipulated period." 3.
