Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State-respondents at length. 2. The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the petitioners have challenged the legality, propriety, and validity of the impugned First Information Report dated 10-04- 2025, registered as Case Crime No.0128 of 2025, under sections 137(2), 61(2), BNS, Police Station Tarkulawa, District Deoria. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. 3.
