Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 17.04.2025, registered as Case Crime No.0318 of 2025, under sections 420, 406, 506, IPC and section 467, 468, 471, IPC(added during investigation), Police Station Majhola, District Moradabad. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. 3.
