Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 3.2.2025, registered as Case Crime no. 58 of 2025, under sections 191(2), 191(3), 109, 115(2), 352, 351(2) and 131 Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, Police Station- Kotwali Kannauj, District Kannauj. 3. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to entertain in this matter, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open for the petitioner to apply before the competent court for anticipatory bail/bail as permissible under law and in accordance with law.
