Petitioner is before this Court with a request commanding the respondent nos. 2 to 4 to decide the representation dated 4.4.2025 moved by the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date FIR has not been lodged and he has already moved an application before Superintendent of Police, Mau on 4.4.2025, which is pending consideration. 4. The State law officer submits that the compliant was entertained on 9.4.2025 and after investigation, it was found that the allegations were totally false. 5. Considering the factual situation, we are not inclined to issue any direction at this stage. Suffice to indicate, in case petitioner is aggrieved she may move fresh application before S.P., Mau in case any such application is preferred, we hope and trust the sam
