Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 30.04.2025 being Case Crime No.84 of 2025 under Sections 115 (2), 352, 351 (3) BNS, P.S. Jajmau, Distt. Kanpur Nagar and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to impugned FIR. 4. It is contended that the impugned FIR has been lodged totally on false allegations just to harass the petitioner. However, it is submitted that the parties have settled the matter amicably vide compromise affidavit dated 02.05.2025 appended as Annexure No.2 to the writ petition.
