P. Act, Police Station Jhunsi District Prayagraj in pursuance of the First Information Report dated 08.01.2025 within stipulated time and period. ii. issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 and 3 to conclude the investigation without any undue delay and within the same may be concluded stipulated time." 3.
