Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the FIR dated 13.04.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0081/2025 under Sections 115(2), 351(2), 352, 324(2) BNS 2023, P.S Bakewar, District Etawah need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge-sheet on 17.05.2025. The chargesheet is otherwise not under challenge. 3. Confronted with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. 4.
