Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the FIR dated 05.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No.28 of 2025, under Sections 106(1) BNS 2023 and Section 15(2)(B) Indian Medical Council Act 1956, P.S Baldev, District Mathura need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge-sheet on 12.03.2025. The chargesheet is otherwise not under challenge. 3. Confronted with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved, he may avail the remedy as available in law. (Anil Kumar-X,J.) (
