Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents. 3. Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.90 of 2025 under Sections 191(2), 103(1), 61(2) BNS 2023, P.S. Lalauli, District- Fatehpur. 4. Learned counsel has prayed for issuance of suitable direction for fair and impartial investigation. 5. Learned A.G.A. submits that the police authorities are under obligation to conduct the investigation fairly, impartially and expeditiously. He apprised the Court that the investigation is going on and the same would be concluded at the earliest, in accordance with law. 6. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of directing that the investigation be concluded by the Inve
