The present writ petition has been filed seeking the quashing of the First Information Report dated 28.04.2025, registered as Case Crime No.140 of 2025 under Section 87 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.) at Police Station Lar, District Deoria. A further prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in connection with the aforementioned FIR. 3.
