The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned FIR dated 29.03.2025 being Case Crime No.84 of 2025 under Sections 319 (2), 318 (4), 338, 226 (3), 340 () & 61 (2) (b) BNS, P.S. Lalpur/ Pandeypur, Distt. Varanasi and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. After substantial arguments, once we declined to interfere in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that he is not inclined to press the writ petition. However, he states that leave may be accorded to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available in law. 4.
