The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 2.5.2025 registered as Case Crime No.395 of 2025 under Section 87 BNS, at Police Station Highway, District Mathura. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3.
