Sri Ashutosh Gupta, learned counsel for petitioners has filed certified copy of first information report, which is taken on record. 3. The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 7.5.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0264 of 2025 under Section 87 BNS, at Police Station Jagdishpura, District Agra. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 4.
