Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for informant and the learned AGA for informant. 2. The prayer made in the writ petition to quash the First Information Report dated 28.2.2025, registered as Case Crime No.0129 of 2025, under Sections 85, 115(2), 76, 352, 351(3) of BNS and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, at Police Station Khair, District Aligarh, need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that the investigation has already concluded with the submission of the charge-sheet against petitioners and that petitioner Nos. 1, 2, 3 & 4 have been exonerated. The charge-sheet is otherwise not under challenge. 3. Confronted with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. 4. Accordingly,
