The present writ petition has been filed seeking the quashing of the First Information Report dated 1.5.2025, registered as Case Crime No.169 of 2025, under Sections 137(2) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.), 2023 at Police Station Khatauli, District Muzaffar Nagar. A further prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in connection with the aforementioned FIR. 3.
