Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act 1986, Police Station- Shikohabad, District Firozabad. 3. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to quash the impugned first information report as the petitioner has long criminal antecedents, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4.
