The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned FIR dated 08.04.2025 being Case Crime No.0096 of 2025 under Sections 110, 76, 115 (2), 352, 351 (2) BNS, P.S. Roravar, Distt. Aligarh and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA, on the instructions, states that in the instant matter chargesheet has been submitted against the petitioners on 28.04.2025 and as such no indulgence is required in the instant matter. Moreso, the chargesheet is also not under challenge. 4. Confronted with this, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he is not inclined to press the writ petition.
