The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 25.04.2025 being Case Crime No.163 of 2025 under Section 2 (b) (i), 3 (1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S. Ahroula, Distt. Azamgarh and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. After substantial arguments, once we declined to interfere in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is not inclined to press the writ petition. However, liberty may be accorded to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available in law. 4.
