The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the petitioners have challenged the legality, propriety, and validity of the impugned First Information Report dated 02.09.2024, registered as Case Crime No. 606 of 2024, under Section 318(4) B.N.S., 2023 at Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Shahjahanpur.
