The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 29.11.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 478 of 2023, under Section 420 IPC and 66D I.T.Act, P.S. NOIDA Sector-20, Distt. Gautam Buddh Nagar and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 1. Sri P.K.Jaiswar, learned AGA states that in the present case, during investigation no complicity of the petitioner has been found and accordingly final report is already submitted, as such, no cause of action survives and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous. 2.
