Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State- respondents. 2. Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 12.04.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0031 of 2025, Under Sections 85, 80(2), 89 of B.N.S.-2023 and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Mehnazpur, District-Azamgarh. 3. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to quash the impugned first information report, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Needless to say, in case the petitioners are aggrieved, they may avail the remedy as available in law
