The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 199 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Ekauna, District Deoria during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, it is a case of circumstantial evidence and however applicant was named in the FIR along with others but it reflects, on the basis of suspicion they have been roped in the present matter. 5.
