The present bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed on behalf of applicant Yunush, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 841 of 2024, under Section 2/3 Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Badaut, District Baghpat, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang-chart annexed as Annexure No. 2, four criminal case has been shown against the applicant, in which applicant has been granted protection by coordinate Bench of this Court, vide orders dated 24.04.2024, 10.04.2024, 10.04.202
