Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 610 of 2023, under Section 376AB of I.P.C. and Sections 5M/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Karhal, District - Mainpuri, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to be the relative of one of the villagers of the informant. The applicant is stated to have committed rape with the minor daughter of the informant on 09.12.2023 at about 10:00 AM and was seen by the informant's mother, as such, the other family members are stated to have caught hold the applicant red handed and was handed over to police by dialing 112. 5.
