This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicant Pranshu @ Golu seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 29 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of BNS, Section 207 Motor Vehicle Act, Section 11 Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act and 3/5(B) of Cow Slaughter Act registered at Police Station Tirwa, Distrit Kannauj. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant claims parity with the co-accused, namely, Surendra Singh, Kunwarpal, Raghvendra, Sakir, Altaf and Anoop Yadav, who have been granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 03.04.2025, 10.4.2025, 17.4.2025 and 18.4.2025 in Criminal Misc.
