This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Prempal, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 290 of 2024, under Sections 318 (2), 338, 336 (3), 317 (2) BNS and Section 66D I.T. Act, Police Station- Chhapar, District- Muzaffar Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 06.10.2024. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Narendra Pal, has already been enlarged on bail of by this Bench by order dated 03.03.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
