As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have spiked the tea of the victim rendering her unconscious on 30.10.2024 at about 9.00 pm and committed rape with her. There are allegations that the applicant had recorded the indecent act and clicked certain photographs of her and blackmailed her to make it viral. 5.
