The present bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S., 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Badan Singh Yadav with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.22 of 2025, under Section 08/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station and District- Kannauj. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 5 big packet and one small packet of Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant. In fact no such recovery was effected from the applicant.
