The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 459 of 2024, under Section 78 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 11/12 of the POCSO Act, and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, Police Station Auraiya, District Auraiya. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the statement of prosecution is false and baseless. The applicant has not committed any crime of any kind.
