This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicant Rajkumar Kol @ Balla Kol seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 79 of 2024, under Section 3/5A/5B/8 Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act registered at Police Station Naugarh, District Chandauli. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated. The alleged animals were found grazing in the field. No vehicle is involved in this case. It has also been submitted that neither any cow meat nor any other article has been recovered from the possession of the applicant.
