This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Manoj Yadav, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 202 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 109(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Saidpur, District- Ghazipur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 07.10.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per the FIR, no specific role has been assigned to the applicant and only general allegation has been levelled against him.
