This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Ramlakhan Chauhan , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.473 of 2024, under Sections 76, 351(2), 352 B.N.S. and under Sections 3(1)da, 3(1)dha, 3(2)5ka S.C./S.T. Act and under Section 7/8 of POCSO Act, P.S. - Ahraula, District- Azamgarh. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 21.1.2025.
