The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ashutosh @ Sundaram Tiwari, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 77 of 2025, under Sections 318(4)/319(2)/338/336(3)/340(2)/3/5 B.N.S. Act & 13 Gambling Act & 66 C/66-D I.T. Act, Police Station Kalyanpur, District- Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of trial. The applicant has been implicated under number of Sections of B.N.S. Act and Section 13 Gambling Act on the allegation that he involved in betting during cricket match. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of information given by the informer. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 21.2.2025. In case, the applicant is released on bail
