This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Haidar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 192 of 2024, 272 I.P.C. and Section 60 of Excise Act, Police Station-Mainather, District-Moradabad.
