Heard Sri Devendra Singh, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Amit Kumar, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 245 of 2024, U/S 65(2), 127(2) B.N.S. and 6 POCSO Act, Police Station Ajnar, District Mahoba, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim aged about 8 years old on 23.7.2024 at about 3.30 pm. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT: 6. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. He has nothing to do with the said offence. 7. The FIR is delayed by about 3 months and there is no explanation
