Application was not named in the FIR nor he has received any amount in his account. He is owner of Grahak Sewa Kendra. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 12.1.2025. In case, the applicant is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail.
