The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Rihan with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 147 of 2024, under Section 15/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 Act, Police Station- Kakod, District- Bulandshahr. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 17 quintal, 11 kg and 40 gm Doda is alleged to have been recovered. In fact no such recovery was effected from the applicant.
