The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 265 of 2020, under Sections 364, 302, 392, 201, 411 IPC, Police Station Puranderpur, District Maharajganj during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, this is second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant and first bail application of the applicant has been dismissed by this Court on merit vide order dated 27.09.2023 after considering the number of points including the fact that bail application of co-accused Umesh @ Umashankar had been dismissed on merit but he is pressing the instant second bail application on the ground that it is a case of circumstantial evidence and applicant is in jail since 21.11.2020 i.e. for last almost four an
