The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Lakhpat @ Lakhpat Singh with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 90 of 2025, under Sections 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 60 (1) Excise Act, Police Station- Majhola, District- Moradabad. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 1 Kg. 50 gm. of Charas is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicants.
