The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Bhoora, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.266 of 2022, under Sections 3/5-A/5-B/8 of Cow Slaughter Act, Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and Section 429 IPC, Police Station- Sayed Raja, District- Chandauli, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case on account of enmity for the purpose of harassment. The applicant is the owner of the vehicle.
