The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Panna Lal Bind with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 44 of 2025, under Section 8/21/29 NDPS Act, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Ghazipur. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 525 gm heroin (powder) is alleged to have been recovered from the joint possession of the applicant and other two co-accused persons.
