There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offences of rape and criminal intimidation besides offence under Section 67 of I.T. Act against married woman. Counsel for the applicant submits that in paragraph 13 of the bail application specific averment was made by the deponent that the applicant has neither send any video clip to the husband of the victim nor he has made any video or photograph of the victim viral. This court sought specific reply to the paragraph 13 of the bail application vide order dated 19.12.2024 from learned A.G.A. In the counter affidavit filed by the state no specific reply has been given to the paragraph 13 and no material has been brought on record to prove that the applicant ever sent any video to the husband of victim or make it viral. It is a case of fals
