This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Salman, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 565 of 2019 , under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 332, 353, 307, 336, 395, 436, 427, 109, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3/4 Prevention of Damages Public Properties Act, 1984 and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Dakshin , District Firozabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 9.2.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Yameen has already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench
