Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:73865 Court No. - 47 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL APPLICATION No. - 8661 of 2024 Applicant :- Mauna @ Lal Singh Opposite Party :- State of U.P. Counsel for Applicant :- Hiralal Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant; learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Mauna @ Lal Singh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 301 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 201 IPC and 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Gonda, District- Aligarh, during pendency of trial. Applicant, as per his confessional statement, is main accused. Injuries suffered by the deceased are identical. Weapons used in the crime also appear to be the same. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned AGA has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant. This Court, after hearing the learned counsels for the parties, does not finds any ground for enlarging the applicant on bail since it is settled law at the stage of consideration of bail
