The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 482 of 2024, under Sections 363, 377, 323, 506 of the I.P.C and Sections 3/4 of the POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali Khalilabad, District Sant Kabir Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the FIR has been lodged after some delay of which no satisfactory explanation has been submitted. The allegation of committing unnatural sex with the victim by the applicant is false and there is no credible evidence against the applicant. The applicant has not committed any unnatural sex
