Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 142 of 2024, under Sections 64, 115(2), 351(2), 332(b) of BNS, Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act and Section 3(2)5 of SC/ST Act, Police Station - Mataundh, District - Banda, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim on 25.09.2024 at about 01:00 PM by barging into her house and had subsequently beaten her brother. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
